Front-End Loading (FEL)

FEL 1: We identify the business opportunity within your business, which is technically and economically supported.

FEL 2: We develop the scope to know the feasibility and analyze the opportunity. During this phase we develop conceptual engineering, cost estimation and implementation time.

FEL 3: During this phase, we define the project and approach of the different scenarios and give way to developing the basic engineering of your investment, execution planning, budget and schedule with a minimum range of error.

Detailed Design Engineering

Includes the following stages:

  • Checking specifications and
  • Defining systems, subsystems, checking, and assembling parts.
  • Finalizing models individual parts and accomplishing technical calculations.
  • Checking conformity with the standards.
  • Preparing and reviewing documents.

Detailed engineering does not mean that we cannot start from the previous phases such as conceptualization or basics since they are very necessary.

Building Information Management or BIM

Building Information Management or BIM include blueprints and drawings use to express information about a particular building plan. This 2D approach according initial layout visualizing to dimensions and requirements.

Therefore,  we will use CAD (Computer Aided Design), which will help us to designers to see all benefit of plans in a digital environment.

The objective is to collect all the information necessary for the implementation and collection of data necessary to standardize the construction processes, traceability to specify the installation during and after assembly.
